Do you test your products on animals?
No, MUA Makeup Academy is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we permit third parties to do so on our behalf.
Are your makeup products vegan-friendly?
The majority of our range is 100% vegan. We are constantly working to transition our entire catalog to vegan formulas. Please check the 'Ingredients' section on individual product pages for the vegan icon.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £20. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
What is your return policy if I am unhappy with a shade?
We want you to love your look. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 28 days of purchase, provided it is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
